Meet the Management Team
Andrew Webb, Director
Andrew has been buying and renovating property in Liverpool since 2003. With a First Class Honours Degree in Automotive Engineering Design at Coventry University, 10 years of experience in the financial and insurance industry, and a varied property portfolio ranging from Liverpool student accommodation to professional lets across Merseyside, Andrew brings a broad range of experience to the business.
Pauline Hughes, Office Manager
Pauline has a wealth of experience in the Liverpool estate agency market stretching back to the 1980′s and also a buy to let owner of property in Liverpool. Pauline’s previous experience includes positions such as senior sales negotiator, office manager and also a mortgage consultant for 2 well known Liverpool estate agents. After having a family she decided to return to education and completed a degree in Psychology at Liverpool University. The appeal of the property market proved too great and she now enjoys being part of a developing business in the property market.
Drew Daniels, Head of Maintenance
Originally a surveyor working in Liverpool and London, Drew now heads up the maintenance and development side of the business. Drew owns student property in the Wavertree area and is an experienced landlord in the student sector. With Scottish, Welsh, and English heritage, Drew is everything except Scouse, but having lived in Liverpool for 20 years he has a wealth of contacts and experience. Quality of work and attention to detail are Drew’s forte.
