How much do we charge?
This is dependent on the level of service you want, the type of property and the size of portfolio you want us to manage.
It is best to contact us to discuss in detail, but to give you some guidelines our standard fee structure is:
Bronze: Tenant find only £295
- Includes all advertising, viewings, reference checks, collection of deposit and first months rent, and signing of contracts.
Silver: Letting and Full Management £195 Let Fee, 8% Management Fee (first month free)
- As Bronze but with full ongoing management and maintenance, and photographic property inventory.
Gold: Letting, Full Management, and Rent Guarantee £195 Let Fee, 10% Management Fee (first month free)
- As Silver but with rent guarantee insurance and eviction court costs cover for the length of the tenancy.
