You pay a one off Agency fee: £75 per applicant (£30 for students)

You also pay your deposit, and 1 month’s rent in advance.
Your deposits are held in the Government backed Tenancy Deposit Protection Scheme and are paid back directly to you from the scheme when you leave the property. You are given an account number so that you can see your deposit is safe.

Maintenance work will be carried out swiftly and professionally by our team.

Rent should be paid by standing order and we will set this up with you at the start of your contract.
